Ebay issue. Wanted to put it out there.

I won a part not long ago and was the only bidder.  It was a yamaha speedo and starting bid was $0.99 with no reserve.  In fairness I expected it to go for around $60-$80 but there was no interest.  I won it for $0.99 and then got an email from the seller that he dropped it and cracked the lens cover and trashed it.

I contacted him and asked what he wanted for it but didn't get a reply.  Some satisfaction on my part.

I've seen the same item for sale again so he obviously "fixed" it.

hey what's the go when you sell something on ebay and the buyer hasn't contacted you or replied to your messages.  It's been 4 days and no word.

I would give it a little time. Buyer may have computer issues or been away from the computer for a bit.

No they've been busy buying other stuff so they're at the computer.  I contacted ebay and filed and unpaid item claim.

i recently won 1 and a half IT175's for bugger all, 155 bucks or something lik that.

been 9 days cant contact the guy. it seems he wasnt happy wit the price and doesnt want to sell. I sent him a message saying i realised the price was very cheap and maybe we could work something out, no reply to that one either.

Yool find it is a binding contract. There was a bloke who sold an aircraft on fleabay and there was a ruckus about how it finished. After bottom feeding parasites running it through the courts it was decided by the court the sale was valid. Ole mate had to give his machine away for the price it went for AND pay more for bottom feeding parasites. So for a small price of $378,493 for BFP's you can force the issue through the court and claim the mighty 175. Worth it yoo recon?
