urgent help putting crank back in

I have done all I need with the engine and need to put the crank back in the side I  used the crank removal tool on, and I cant get it back in I dont want to bash and un balance all I have done with it any help would be great

i'm not familiar with CZ motors but i assume this is what your working on.
with my Yammy motors i place the crank assembly in the freezer, which cools and shrinks it,
and i place the cases in the oven on around 100 celcius, which expands it.
{do a trial run first before placing either part in the oven or freezer to help eliminate any problems that may arise}
use gloves, it helps.
then quickly drop the crank into the case and whalah!
job done.

yer i use this tech a lot but it just wont go the last 5mm in i think i will try again tomorrow and see what happens, its just now I have to pull it out again

not sure this would work on this particular bike but if the crank is threaded on the problem side then you could cut some steel tubing and make a sleeve to slip over and rest against the bearing retainer then use the nut to 'help' pull the crank into the cases.

Sounds like something in the gearbox is catching or is the problem only in trying to fit the crank into the first crankcase?

yer its just getting the crank back in the first case the flywheel side pops straight on, it sux lots
