I was 97 kg a week ago, got very sick with appendicitis, had my appendix out, and now I weigh 92 kg.

Very fast weight loss but not a lot of fun and I can't ride for another five weeks

that's a hell of a lot loose in a week, but at least you survived the knife.

good luck with that and enjoy the spell.

My record is losing around 20Kg's in a couple of months through the good old sickness diet.

I could really do with getting sick again at the moment :o

I recently sold a Rickman Montesa frame to a forum member but before I did weighed it.
The result was a surprising 13.5kg. Although no heavyweight, I'd have thought 10-12 kg would have been closer, based on similar frames.

I may not agree with what you have to say, but I'll defend to the death your right to say it.
