Just to be sure you understood me, Jim. I meant that as a huge compliment to your old man. He may not have been famous in the true sense of the word, but he was definitely a hero, as are all the boys and girls that put it all on the line for our country.

Elliot Goblet sold out quite some time back and is only doing corporate gigs these days, he was piss funny back then i saw him live a few times, great deadpan humour if you like that style.

I drove a Monaro around the Norwell track with Peter Brock sitting next to me, I told him I was into dirt bikes.  He then asked me if I had met Firko, I said no.  He said, You can't be too into bikes then :-[.
It hurt but I knew he was right.
