It brings a tear to the eye ay Foss? I won't put all the pages up but this is a good example of the contents. Notice the  subframe on the early Goddens. Very Hagon. The later frames had a different subframe which raised the seat height.
The forks are different too. You blokes can have a little chat about it and i'll  post some pics from the later catalogue later on . Enjoy :)  Mark

Bloody unreal, Slider.
Interesting to note that Don Godden designed the Hagon Sandracer !!!
I'll have to look out my old JAP Manual,  it advises that the best way to stop engine wear caused by operating in dust and dirt is to get out in front and stay there !!

From what I can remember, when the first team of Pom Grasstrackers came out inc, Don Godden, Julian Wigg, Chris Baybutt and Roland Duke, their bikes were slow to arrive.
Don rode like a novice on borrowed bikes until his Godden turned up, then he rode like his reputation predicted, to make his bike look the goods.
I'll admit that there is nothing more comfortable than your own bike.
Mr Buckett would remember those days better than me.

Foss, I was wondering who would pick up on the Godden/Hagon connection. Have a good look at the forks too.  mark.

Yeah , Slides
At the time Nepean were trying out some Yankee stuff called " Paxin " or something like that for dust suppression instead of oil, failed miserably.
And I almost forgot, I think it was when they first put the Speedway bend in .
