And before I get outed myself, I haven't forgotten the clutch plates I borrowed from you at the Nats Simo. I just haven't had a chance to get them out of the Cheney yet. My apologies mate but things have been a tad hectic since the Nats. I haven't lifted a spanner in the shed due to all sorts of family situations. I'll try and get to it this weekend mate ;)

Okay so this is a post on a different subject :)

No need to out yourself Mark, you can keep the clutch plates mate.  There were only the two you needed, they were second hand anyway, I don't need a full set and only carry them in case I break one plate but mine are all new so I should be okay for a while unless I get super aggressive onteh clutch (not going to happen).

For the trouble it's worth to take them out, please keep them.

Cheers  ;)
Cheers
Craig

I trust every one on this site [maybe I shouldn't]  send out clutch covers get payed later if I do get ripped off that will stop  I would like to know who not to send things to

I sent a few guys their parts for CD5, I would normally have sent them COD but decided to send them express post to make sure they got them in time for the event. They all sought me out and paid me at the event bar one who never returned e-mails or calls again. Not sure if he was ever a forum member.

Also sent an exhaust express post so someone could get it in time for another CD but it took 6 months to get a dollar out of him and even then he short changed me.

My 'black book' isn’t very big at all, most guys you meet in this game are pretty straight but you need to be careful of who you send out parts to.

The fact that the forum member has fessed up that he on sold the parts ( in Jims opening post ) shows remorse .
Hopefully both parties can sort it out between themselves .

Speculation on this forum will just lead to a shit fight and we probably don't need anymore of those on here .

As Firko says its a small community and word will go round pretty quick anyway . No i don't know either party and don't want to know .

Its a sad thing but witch hunting on here wont fix whats past .

I have just read what i have written and it seems all a bit grown up for me  ;D

I have dealt with heaps of guys on here, sold many Works Performance shocks to them and  other bits and pieces, all posted before payment was received, I have never been duded, there are some real nice people on this forum, we might have some shit fights and spats every now and again but at the end of the day 99.9% of the people are good guys.

Even though we all privately love a good public stoush it might be time to lock or remove this topic.
I'm glad it's been sorted because John's one of our sports true gentleman, there aren't many of us left. :P

Sounding like there might more of a backstory to this one and I can't see it going anywhere useful, so yep, it's locked.
