81 PE 250 oil weight and height from top of tubes without springs

Is there a sort of standard height from the top of tubes that you can use as a starting point for mostbikes?

No standard height from the top but if the damper tube is covered by the oil when fully compressed that'd be a good starting point.

T- X models
Std = 180mm ...... level range 165 > 195 mm
Std air pressure ...... 8.5psi max 35 psi
I tend to use 15w Castrol fork oil C/O Supercheap auto
