Moto, you realize you probably cut off what is probably now the most collectable and sought after part for a Bantam! :D jeez I wish I still had the 3 bantams I had when 14 :'( sold the lot for $50 and one was a complete runner converted for dirt track..actually we just fitted worn out knobbies, pulled off the steel guards and took off the muffler in it's entirety but it kinda looked like a dirt tracker from 70 yards ;D

TM400, 74 model I think. Can't remember much as I was only a kid, but fairly placid sort of bike.

Z50 first bike birthday present still have, must get around to rebuilding,next very quick RM80B that I broke in half gave it away but might know where it is,CR125RB brought new still own and race

geezas $30 for a bantam in 67  :o,musta had lots chrome onnit  ::),in mid 60's $30 bought a 500 matcho"beachfishermans" model,car tyres f/rear,(all tread removed),mate & i(equal 1/2 shares) were finally banned from the local beaches,(especially when lifeguards were on duty),was tad noisy on straight through header pipe  ;D
work,the curse of the racing class!!
if a hammer dosn't fix it,you have a electrical problem!!
