Best club meeting i've ever been to every one was keen to help each other out i mean less then a minute aftermycrash a bloke was lifting the bike of me(I would like to thank that individual very much cause at that point in time the exhaust was getting very hot and there was petrol leaking from somewhere so many thanks) but i enjoyed watching just as much as riding i learned alot(holeshot isn't always the most important thing) and i'll enjoy trying it again thanks to every one that made the weekend possible and hope to see every one at the EVO challenge  ;)

Second photo is remarkable for two reasons:
1. Noel getting the holeshot on his CR125;
2. Tom on top of the bike (rather than the other way 'round).

:P

Can anyone tell me where the first photo is??? It's got me stuffed.

Right, gotchya...  :D
Actually, if you look at the second photo, it's quite obvious - it's the old finish line table-top. The up-ramp doesn't look that flat, and the top doesn't look that angled when you're on the track!

Yep, was a pearler of a day, and as Dennis says I was rapt that my little RM went so well. Made up for not being able to start the 500 (3 people also tried - nope, nuffink).

Yes, the piston did let go, or at least that's what it felt like. However, I will get the shocks sorted, get the PD valve into the forks, and put my nice new barrel on it, and next year I will be back to have a serious go at this Pre 78 125 thing. Bring it on...

In the meantime, looking forward to Clarence!
