Cylinder Sleeves

Can anyone point me in the right direction to have a cylinder sleeve made up the would be an exact copy of my original?

do a search for LA Sleeves - basically cover the market although they only sell to shops - Serco is the Oz agent if I remember.  Also try Wiseco as they do sleeves also.

Rossandvicki are spot on, I just used an LA Sleeve on my KX and its perfect, had the local rebore guy install and he did a spot on job.

With your maintenance you might need to order a bullet proof sleeve, or maybe a six pack. If you buy them in bulk they might be cheaper.

Sleeve is for an 81 KTM 250, so not an of the shelf item. I have an example to be used as a copy.

The amount of metal removed from that sleeve Adrian, it probably resembles a macrame top rather than a bore - more holes in it than george bush's wmd story.
