Hi,  Ebay USA turn up aftermarket splined folding pegs every now and then, sometimes NOS, bolt on no mods,
or get a good engineer  to adapt a  later folding set to the original "ankle breakers" ,

Hi, Australia is littered with people ("Gunnas") who are going to build a Metisse VMXer , or build a Metisse  frame, or know a mate who has a jig to build one, but when you do the sums , they still would cost a lot of money to just build a
replica replica, with a unknown resale,  just buy a real one to start with ,

Just Bikes, latest ,has an add for a new frame, page 35.

Hi, bought Stahlwille open enders,  ring openenders, and ring spanners  51 years ago yes 51,when I started my apprenticeship ,  worth the expense , also a Britool (British Tools Co)socket set, in AF and Whitworth, metric hadn't been invented back then,my 1/2 inch socket finally wore out last year, and had to replace it .I had a special short Sidchrome 17/19 mm ring spanner the broke (the ring) but the "Unconditional Lifetime Guarantee" was not .buy the best handtools you can afford.
