Hoony,
Magoo does not need any encouragement.
No one needs to see photos of a tired and emotional man

Must admit on thursday night as we stayed in the pavillion at the Bully show grounds and the rain flogging down all night to wake up with the main street flooded. MMMMMMMMMMMM gona be a wet one :'(
But the weeknd just got better, the atmosphere and friendliness of all there was what made the event. ;D
The track was a bit suss, I know it was hard to prepare the track during the lead-up. But I don't think the new layout has a patch on the old track!! ::)
Thanks to Shoey, Ribbo and Timmy for letting us stay at "Chateau Shoey" my colen is going to take a week of toxic clensing to clear the half of a cow I ate cooked up by the boys!!
Well done to Ken,AJ and all the crew for a fantastic weekend. The way the weekend flowed with the riding the legends and the sat night entertainment. TOP SHIT!!
And Sir Bradalot I thought you were going to have more fun with your clothes off at one stage 8)

Big Bill.

Suzuki contact details.....

To twistandshout and any others on the forum, if you'd like to contact Suzuki to thank them for their sponsorship, providing test bikes and so on, please email Sou (she was the one organising the test rides at CD5) at this email address [email protected] and she will pass on all comments to Suzuki management.  It IS worth a minute of your time to let them know they're appreciated, they really get behind the event in a big way.  Long may it continue.

Many thanks

Ken

What more can I say than what's already been said.  Totally awesome weekend and a definite inspiration to get the restos finished.  Thanks to those who organise the event - first class.
Great to meet a great bunch of mates and finally put some faces to names.  Thanks to Hilly and KB for the hospitality under the "Jayco Base station"

Further to the quotes Nathan started :
TM Bill - "That thing goes like a raped monkey" and "That wouldn't pull a baboon off your sister".  He had a million of them.
Every Forum member I met - "Next time bring your riding gear"

Haven't sorted the photos yet, but i have a few that are going to need captions.  A good one that Lozza is going to have to explain and a great shot of the golden rat.  You've got to give that kid 10 out of 10 for determination - well done Michael.
Video footage of everyone whose number I knew too - some particularly good (for me) footage of oldfart on the very sweet DRM.
Looking for YZ250C parts NOS if possible

"My inability to use emoticins in the right context is really getting me down :)
The only triple jumps he would have been doing are the hop, skip & jump.

Well, time for me to poke my nose in and say hello!

I'm a noobie here but I did manage to meet a hell of a lot of great people on the weekend, and I really felt welcomed. I may have been on the crappiest bike there (for a while anyways, I seemed to spend more time on my back climbing out from underneath it :D) but I certainly had a fantastic weekend.

I'm unloading the camera now so hopefully should have some pics up tomorrow or something

As much as I had a less than successful weekend on "The Golden Rat" aka the world's worst TS185, I shall be out for more soon, the rider in particular needs some work, not least in teh way of fitness, this riding a bike stuff is harder than it looks for a fat unfit bugger like me.

Anyhoo, was great to meet everybody that I did, and i appreciate the help and advice i received from everyone, especially Nathan, Anna and Lozza who put up with me for the weekend.

Michael.

Good on ya Micheal glad you survived the weekend ,Dont give up on the ts there held in high regard by some people (dont know why) but the whole idea is getting out and having a ride and you did that and practice makes perfect (well maybe better) So i will be interested to see you and the Golden Rat evolve .

Gee DJ. You and Joel look very close in that first photo. Looks like a steam-room scene from one of those Mafia movies. Or some other movie I've seen about cowboys....... :-*
