I'm going to see if I can do up some name tags with forum handles printed on them and hand them out at sign in or at the watering hole saturday nite.  or is that just a bit too organised......?

i might even do some for the legends....make it easier for us to buttonhole them and tell them how they shoulda put it to so and so at the 1978 mr mx race at such and such and another thing.....

DJ.. Karen is more than welcome in the Kevlar Kompound.  Kevlettes will be well catered for this year. Is TM Bills lovely Val coming as well?

be very carefull DJ, i fear that Firko's kevlar thing is in need of some spice,
rumor has it that the lovely ladies from page 7 of this thread won't be in attendance and he's looking for replacements.
can this man be trusted?

Hey Twisty,  I was thinking the same thing to make up name tags out of sticky labels such as below.

I'm happy to do one for all the regulars, or we could do half each then just do a bunch of blanks for the non-regulars to write their name in texta. As long as it's ok with Graeme is anyone interested?

Being as you're asking, I think it's a good idea.

It's all good with me. Twisty and I have already been discussing this one too, so we hope to get something organised. I'll leave him to fill out the detail, but we will have some name tags there all ready to go.

well maicopunk, if you're saying you can do them like the one in your image for all the regulars, go for your life!  they look nice like that i must say, better than my quick and dirty white nameplate with handle printed on it but no nice colour ozvmx logo (be a nice touch).

as far as i can see, the handles going are (not complete i'm sure):

tim454, snowy76, holeshotbuddy, STW996, VMXMAN, Twistandshout, Nathan S, vandy010, BETRIC, worms, oz555ktm, yzhilly, TMBill, squirtmoto, firko, Doc, paul, Wombat, dodgee, jimson, YSS, maicopunk (others free to chime in so you're on the list for the official ozvmx forum CD5 meet-and-greet).

reckon you can do the legends too?  be good to be able to identify them too....

yeah, so let me know if you can do (including plakky holders w safety pin?).  if not, i'll resort to quick and dirty (but have access to that plakky shit).

Yeah, no worries. I'll do all the names that I know are coming based on this thread and other conversations I've had with people. Then the rest will just have the OzVMX logo and people can write their names in texta.

Apart from the names above if you want one put a post in here or drop me a PM and I'll make sure your name gets done.

Count me in too twisty.  Can't add my name to the list as I won't have any bikes with me this year :-[
Name tags are a top idea.  Maybe hand them out early in the night while people can still read  ;D ;D
Really looking forward to catching up with a heap of blokes I have met on here.
Have you considered handing the name tags out on Friday so have more time to talk bullshit ? (and share a beer)

Pays to be organised

Edit - Twisty, I am happy to help out with the tags or the handing out or whatever.  Let me know if I can be of help.  I think getting everyone together at some stage would be great.

Back on page #13 we have a few photos of the venue under construction.
Does anyone have some up to date shots of the CD5 layout?
