I came accross one of theese, CR250RG that is, about a week and a half ago as an elcheapo parts bike.
Can anyone tell me if any of its parts have commonality with the earlier say 1984 RE model?
 Thx Mick.

As a newbie to the evil bay thing, seems to me you dont need to put on a reserve if you know what you or your mates have put in as an automatic bid and look at the worst case of paying commission on a sale to yourself if you dont get lucky and attract a wood duck....
 :o

Interesting seeing how this all works however!! ;D

Is it way too small? A bit of work with the heat gun or hot water could soften it enough to fit if it's close. Maybe some rubber friendly grease as well.
