IT 400C Intake Joint
« on: August 31, 2009, 08:49:30 pm »
Hi Folks

I'm after the rubber joint between the carb and reed block. It's a round to square.

Yamaha part 510-13555-02. It's also the same one used on MX250/400b and YZ250/400c/d/e

If anyone has one or knows of a wreck or an aftermarket supplier I'd be real appreciative.

Best I've found is one in the states on ebay for $130 ouch ! then up $$$ from there

thanks

Andrew

Thanks Viper

I ordered the one from Boats.net and got a message two days later, not available. I have also emailed the vintagedirt guy, no stock. I will look into the cycle-parts one, it's a -01 not -02, I'll see if I can find out if there is any differnece.

Motomaniac - I'd like to take you up on one of them if possible. I'll pm you some contact details

I raced at Lakes pre78 open for two lasts out of two in Heaven r5. Bike was pinging and overheating by end of the race, otherwise had a top day.

Thanks Guys

Young 2 Dogs,

Flagged for you at Lakes and I felt your pain of a sick bike. It only gets better from here. Contact Mr (Husky Parts) Franco regarding the rubber manifold, Ferando has made some great repros for my bikes. KTM as well has Husky. I'd give him a go...

All the best.

Pete

PS and thanks for the pics. Brilliant

Thanks for the encouragement Pete. I got 2 off motomaniac today for 50 bucks ... gotta love this forum !

Trying to work out my schedule regarding next few meets. I might try and get to Clarence just to take some photos.
Will definately make the Lake Glenbawn for a race. Still having nightmares from those steep downhills and tabletops at Lakes.
