noooo...that's probably the U15 1978 australian 80cc champ trophy he has there..Stew McLachlin rode an RM400N in '79 so the era isn't quite the same there is one very distinct similarity between the late Stewy McLachlin and this rider, not the sort of similarity anyone should try to master.
