Havent ridden the Lakes track before but watched a fair bit of racing there, should be ok for the old bikes as lots of up and down hills but bypassed table tops, top facilities and great spectating and you can pretty well see right around the track 8)

I'll have a ride,just dont know what yet :-\

Lakes - Accomodation
For those people that will be roughing it in a motel, can you recommend some reasonable places to stay in the area. Is Toronto the place to aim for? Are there any bike friendly places or places to be wary of?
May have the family with me, undecided as yet.

Toronto is certainly the closest being only five minutes from the track. Plenty of places to eat and stay in close proximity to the track. Should be a great weekend. Can't wait. As Don said , get your entries in early so that Don is not swamped with entries all at once.

Be careful booking in at Toronto west, few housing commission homes in area and bit higher crime rate, Id reckon safer to camp at the track if want to be secure :-\ PS home town of Willie Mason ::)
