do you mean B44 with the alloy tank and the 'V' shape on the tank? i have never seen yellow B40's (350cc) B40's i have seen are army green or a fire engine kind of red.

If its the B44 yellow you want i do know it. I matched the original yellow on alloy tank on a 67 B44 (441cc) to a modern Ducatti yellow in Spies Hecker brand. The pinstripes i went with black as thats what was on the tank but i have seen some original bikes with silver lines and some with black. Same goes for the BSA sticker as well. these varied from the factory as well since they were in small batches. Ive seen some all black BSA stickers and some red with yellow border around the letters. I have also seen different size BSA logos aswell. I just ordered what was listed for BSA B44 GP at Classic transfers in UK and what was in most of the old period photos i had of B44's. They also had the correct BSA B44 'GP' decal with chequred flags that goes on the top of the tank. For Victor special and Victor roadster, Victor enduro etc they had a different logo on the top.

sorry, yes a B44, I'm still on the very steep learning curve with these things.

Although having said that, I was under the impression that like a lot of british gear they were made up of a number of components, ie a b40 frame could suit a number of engines, and a particular engine would bolt into a number of different frames?

being the proud owner of a B40 frame, would be putting a 441cc engine in make it a B44? Apologies if the question is a bit obvious, like I said, I don't know exactly what I'm doing at the moment.

Thanks very much for the info on the paint colour and the graphics, much appreciated.
