I think we are being a little harsh, the bike is clean and ready to rock for pre 90s class.

I remember ditching a 250S (same as T basically) to buy a YZ250U...it was a revelation, discs both end and real grunt off the bottom end.... rather have a nice U.

I remember when that bike was built and Belly supplied a lot of the parts for it, from memory i think he supplied the forks.

Can't find a single pic of a Glen Bell YZ250T with WP USDs.

I've been through all of my old ADBs, and there's an early season pic with a set of Simmons USDs, but EVERY other photo shows the bike with the standard Yamaha forks.
Deakin ran WPs pretty consistantly, but if Bell used them, it was for the blink of an eye...

So its not even a good replica!  :o

A few more here:

The Mallee Masters pic is of an 86 S model.

and just to think that i dumped a perfectly good frame a few months ago cause i couldn,t get a carton for it !   any thing ready to rock in that condition has to be worth good money , any one who has built a bike to ride will know the amount of time and money that goes into a pre 85 or 90 bike

Just heard from old mate & he says it is a rep but glen had a hand in building it. Still not the real deal. I only ever remember Glens bike with Simmons forks not W/P.

Yeah, if it was an 86 model.

Edit with a bit more careful wording:
Yeah, if it was an 86 model in that paint job.

If that's the case, the seller is certainly misrepresenting what he has.  :-\

That may or may not be the case - a buyer would never know  - no detailed shots, no information offered, no history, no specs, just reassuring trust ::).
