I'm seriously thinking about looking into the possibility of getting a 320. I reckon it'd be a brilliant piece of kit. I wonder if they've got electric start?

I have no personal experience, but all the tests/reports on the 1999 500 badded it as hard to ride with horibble handling. These look almost identical. I hope they've developed them a bit since 10 years ago. Someone in Queensland advertises as a dealer/importer in the mainstream motorcycle magazines.
Cheers,
K

The 320 I'm looking at is a NOS 2000 model and it's virtually the same as the proposed 2010 model, except for some suspension upgrades. mY 1984 500 had the same basic frame. I wish somebody like BMW or one of the big companies would buy the name and relaunch Maico as a quality contender..kinda like Cagiva did with Husky a few years ago or KTM with Husaberg or Honda with Montesa. I reckon serious 21st century spec 4t and 2t bikes with a bit of inovation plus the famous Maico name would sell like happy hour schooners.
