pe 175 blue frame

hi all just trying to find out about my pe 175's blue frame its a 1984 model it looks factory blue no other colours under the blue ive been told by a wrecker in qld that if the frame is blue it is 1 of about 20 or so that were bought to oz looked everywhere to find out but most sites or sales brochures show them with a black frame any info would be grately appreciated thanx gary

Hi Gary yeah probably original pic would help got a 84 poster right here on my wall of pe's also has yellow fork legs and blue sure it aint just a bit rm'd up should be fairly dark what are you doing with the bike thanks Michael. :)

thanx michael its definatley pe number on frame matches number on compliance plate also confirmed with suzuki its all pe springwood suzuki in qld still sell a brandnew frame its blue but not an oz frame there shipped from the states as for what im doing with the bike its going out riding tomorrow like it does every sunday dont race and probobly never will dont want to make a fool of my self but love getting it out in the bush to show up some of the late 4 bangers watch them kick there bikes 30 or more times to start them pull the choke on kick twice choke off and away you go great bike not to flash but gets comments on how good it looks for its age some are supprised to learn its 25 years old most blokes around your age dont even know what it is good to see young blokes like yourself interested and with more knowledge than most older riders if i ever sell it you,llbe first to know thanx for your feedback and interest gary

84 model PE175 had blue frame. I have Sales brochure of this bike.

just treat it as the same bike as 82/83 all vital specs are the same.

Im not sure what else you will need but if there is more info you need just ask. Ive got most info on 175E.

thanx lwc82pe kind of clears things up a bit wish it looked as good as in the brouchers will post some photos soon ill have to get the wife to do it this new computer technology aint my thing its hard enough finding the letters to type thanx again gary
