riding pants size chart

does anyone know what size pants size '50' is? i know there is metric CM and imperial inches but is there a sizing that just goes by a number system in europe perhapse?

i have some vague info on size 50 being 90-95 cm which is 35.4 to 37.40 inches, but i would really like to see a cross reference of the different sizing sytems used world wide.
