Welcome home - a racers fear!
« on: March 17, 2009, 03:13:57 pm »
A mate of mine return home from his pilgrimage to Lake Gairdiner for the 2009 DLRA Speed Week to be greeted by this;

Tiny had spent the best part of the last 3 years building his new bike to run on the salt.

Heres a bit better veiw of the engine, which is a true masterpiece of the mad engine builders work.  A prize for the fisrt to identify the origins of all the bits.

If you are interested there are more pictures of both the bike/engine build and some picture from Speed Week in his photobucket albums.  http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t24/generatorshovel

Why do things the easy way, when with a bit of effort you can really make it difficult for yourself!!
