all most all rear yz400 wheels are the same even tt500 rear wheel.the trick is getting the brake plate to match as monoshock brake plates lock into the swingarm.i have 1 complete with backing plate i am sure it came from eary it400
part no
483-25311-12-98 yz360b
483-25311-13-98 yz400c replaces part no 483-25311-12-98

Jim/Freaky - I am at work at the moment and my piccies are at home but I think you are right if I remember with the torque arm bolting to the front of the swingarm.  So are you saying that the one you mention from the YZ400C would fit?  Especially if that part number repalces the B model part number?

My hub has a chunk out of where the brake slots in and leaves the brake pads exposed.  Usually alright for WA as we don't get too much weather to race in (except for hot and dry!!) but thought I might ask around to see what is available.

thanks
