),i'm pretty sure they're made in the USA,found them a bit "soft",my fingernails left fine scratches when just spinning the nipples down??,and yes,they also had no dimples,just a neat flush hole,maybe you should stick to the more commoner dirt rims??,(Akronts,DID etc),hth ,cheers Mick
