Can any of you Husky lads tell me if there where any 83 510's that came out with a orange frame ?

The first of the TE & TX 510  ( & TC500 ) fourstokes came out in '83 . They had a white frame & a white plastic tank that was a similar shape to the '83 aluminium tanks on all the two stroke models .

Well Lads Iv'e been trying to post some photos with no luck of this Husky I came across up here in Far Nth Qld, It had been parked up under a tree for the last 14 years, long story but I ended up getting it for a carton of piss, just goes to show there is still bikes out there that need to be found Cheers Lou

ive never seen them with orange frames. but then again there were rare one off red KDX's kwakas so who knows.
Wanted - 1978 TS185 frame or frame&motor. Frame # TS1852-24007 up to TS1852-39022

the frame was painted by the son of the bloke I bought it off, still trying to send the photos off to Paul but this pile of shit I'm using doesn't want to play the game

Looks pretty original and even has the ITC Ohlins still fitted. Not sure about the dodgy looking heat shield attatched to the cylinder above the header pipes..imagine getting cut open by that if you fell off.

I owned an '84 model 510 and had nothng but problems with the ignition. Even after replacing the stator with a brand new one the bike used to just stop when it got hot.
