Frame is now welded up and at the powder coaters after being blasted this morning, zinc plating was dropped off as well. Pics will be upped once I get it all back.

The only major mod was moving the lower right mount out about 25mm...

The shocks are aftermarket Redwing "hammerhead" alloy body shocks, I had them on my MX250A as well. They work pretty good despite the budget price.

I have a NOS oil pump and oil lines etc, but the little plastic drive piece I don't have yet so fitting it will have to wait  ;) Only a couple of months till it's running.

PS: If you want to fit a race ignition to a TS185 the TM250 stator and rotor are a PERFECT fit

Here's the latest additions to the bike...

Carbies fitted up, it's amazing what you can achieve with an $8 length of silicon hose



Footpegs are on now, I welded a nut either side of the frame to act as a spring retainer



NOS DG swingarm, complete with a Pro-tec chain tensioner, looking good with a wheel finally fitted



Electrics have been tested, and nice blue sparks have been seen, just waiting on DC plastics side covers custom made in Suzi Yellow  ;D ;)
