Didn't know Ducati ever made a 2T??? Maybe it's a rebadged Aermacchi engine the cylinder and head looks like one.
Jesus only loves two strokes

I saw one when I was a kid. Made an impression simply because it was a Duke.

Ducati actually made a few enduro style bikes (possibly rebadged ),even a six day version.

I thought it was a Morbidelli engine or or something similar but I've been told by the bloke who bought the little Ducati that the engine is actually made by Ducati.

Ducati 125 Regolarita . Think well reasonably certain they started in 1969 and that the engines were out sourced from Aermacchi.
Ahh finding the old info. the pictured model is a 1975 one ,single side stand and thicker higher padded seat.. Now engine....
FANTIC 125... same thing ?????

Oh I wasn't making a stetment Jim, just wondering whether Firko meant a Minerelli motor. I've not heard of Morbidelli making motors other than road racing motors or that very exclusive V8.
