Just bought this 1978 CR 250 from the original owner. Original piston and chrome bore, even K88 rear tire is stock

That's a gold painted stocker by the looks. How green is it in the background!!.. surely not in Oz.

stock tank was dented a long time ago and the owner bought this clark plastic tank  :'( He also went a little crazy with the paint stripper and gold paint :D

A new guy to the scene (Trent) turned up with a couple of good looking bikes at Rocksberg on the weekend.
The 250 is an 86 with an 87 rear disc.Its his Rick Johnson replica. Went well too.




And retroman made an appearance !

I recognize the stance of 090-   ;)   ;D -I think I have the pre 85 bike bug ,they are a bit addictive, :P nice and red  :P
