Riding partner in Masters enduro ....ended up with  Broken colar bone - 4 broken ribs - punchured lung -LH little finger & broken shoulder  when his bike fell on him        :o :o
He had all the right protection gear on, just unlucky            surgery next week

geezas some club  ;D!,i did mine 2 weeks ago at Southern Classic,(+5 ribs,punctured lung,spent a restfull week in the Northern at Epping,good drugs ::),highsided off P3 Ducati 350 when the poxy piston exploded,(think the use by date was definatley up), :P
work,the curse of the racing class!!

nah hilly i trained it,about 15hrs worth,epping ,spencer then to armadale,back to spencer ,to sydney,morrisett,all for $70,bargin rates,slept most of the way,od on painkillers for the overnite trip,(sleeping uprights tricky??),binned the sling yesterday,going well (so far),cheers Mick

back on the bike now guy went for a ride the sunday only 3 weeks and back on the bike  ;D (against doctors whishes) thanks again for the well wishes guys

still in a sling here for week number 6
Sidecar rider seeing surgeon Wednesday..

INSIDE INFO = when you get a sling fitted its best to get a wrap around, not the good old white one from the first aid box....oh plus bourbon for extended period.  8)

Glad to hear you've recovered enough to ignore the doctor! When I slid my BMW down the highway and broke my collarbone and shoulder blade, the stircrazies set in quickly enough and it was painful to look at the basement full of bikes I couldn't ride!
