My bet is DT100/125/175.

I reckon LT/AT/CT1. Oil tank is on the right on a DT.

I'm telling you it's not a DT. The DTs have the autolube tank on the RHS and the chome toaster rack on the left.

The AT/CTs have the oil tank on the left. The also have the single back-bone frame all the way to the swing-arm.

Ergo, if it's a Yamaha, I reckon it is (was!) an AT/CT.
