Controversial Pursang

I'm sure I saw a thread here a week or two ago abut a Pursang the eligability of which was questioned. Can anybody point me in the right direction?

I thunk it was about the eligbility of a # 136 1975 360 Pursang in pre-75=and that the 75 250 is eligible, but the 360 not..like here in the US
