Were oversize disc rotors available comercially pre 85?
And when did the first wavy rotors first become comercially available?

I don't think oversized rotors were available pre '85, i don't ever recall seeing any. Wave rotors are a fairly modern thing since 2000 or so. I reckon the rule book nazis would hammer you if you turned up with either.
