i reckon its a pity they don't have the white tanks, the yellow does not suit them in my opinion.

They never seemed to have white tanks in the uk market.  The 2nd one is going well Ross, although its currently using an enduro 360 exhaust!!

Hi there I raced a 414 for Lyal O'Brien in the early 80/s in Gippsland and did a few selected races in Melbourne and did very good picking up a few wins the 414 was a very rideable but lacked a little horspower in the to end compared to the Yamaha 465 at the time.  but love to have one today.

Yep Hoony may be I should be called Legend not U.
Yep started riding CZ's in the early 70's then moved on to a YZ250a was a ex Trevor Flood works replica and starded winning 1st day I rode it I think it was at the old Warragul track in 1974.
mainly rode YZ's with a short stint on a 414 Montesa and a 480 Honda.

It was in 1985 I gave away motorcroos and just rode a few enduro's for a few years.
so I supose I raced for 20 years and lucky with no major injuries.
I am now 51 and still fit as I have been racing push bikes and still playing Football for a local club but I think the football has to go as I cannot walk for 2 days after a game.
So I am now looking to get back into Motorcroos again and I am currently looking for a YZ 250a because that is where I started all those years ago but the prices a out of the world !!!! but I will keep on looking.

so what is your name Hoony ???

Alan Hoon, i remember you from the Gippsland centre series and other events, you probably won't remember me as i didn't really get any MX wins till late 80's, in 1984 & 85 i raced a XR250 in C Grade MX (i was also doing enduros's and hare n hounds) and was blown into the weeds as you would expect.

Hi Graeme,  400 ??? I think at last count it was around 120 bikes owned but no where near 400 wins.
the 400 came from I rode a YZ 400 and some years a 250 as well models where  YZ, A, B,C,D,E,F,and a 465 G.
So when I need a log name I went with 400.
