Tank for '79 RM400N
« on: July 04, 2020, 12:34:42 am »
Does anyone have a spare tank for an RM250N/RM400N that isn't cracked that they'd be open to selling? Its the final piece to my resto puzzle.
Thanks in advance
Steve

I was looking to do that but couldn’t settle on the shop.

Any recommendations on a vendor you can recommend?

Direct via Clarke manufacturing or any other store you might have used?

Thanks

If Matt at V! can't help, I can source one for you using my US suppliers through the shop (VMX Re-Creations). I got one for a client a few weeks ago, really nice replacement item & not worth risking another used one cracking IMO.
Cheers,
K

Thanks everyone. I’m in contact with Matt @ V1 now and hope he can set me up with a tank. I 100% agree, the new Clarke tank seems like the way to go vs finding a used unit.

There is a seller called Andos Auqa Blasting on the OZ VMX Facebook site. I went to his business yesterday to look for something as he isn’t far from me.
He has one in good condition. I was going to buy it just to keep for the mancave. It looked in good condition.
In Port Kennedy WA.
