82 rm465 kickstarter

Hi  does anyone know if any other make,model kickstart will fit the 82 rm465 please

I am no Suzuki expert but i think the kickstarts are all the same from 81 to 84 on the 250/465 and possibly the RM500.

I think  DR and PE and some other Suzuki dirt bike models will fit but the Lever shape is very different.

A guy i work with brought one second hand on Ebay in almost new condition for his 82 250 resto for $ 90.00.

He was very happy as the new price was $240.00 . That was over 3 years ago.  I think they are still available new.

Old Part Number was 26300-14300 changed to 26300-14X00 .                    If you wish to order a new one you can go to K & J Thomas or Mick Hone Motorcycles.  There may also may be some Chinese Alloy replicas.

Copies like RHK may make a Alloy one and a Steel one made by 2 Fast Moto.  Try Ebay.

A kick start lever from these models should fit: PE175 80-84, PE250 80-81, PE400 80-81, RM125 81-88, and RM250 82-95.
Try part number 26231-22A10.
