Vale Mr Jack Ireland
« on: October 03, 2019, 09:33:15 pm »
A number of long term members of HEAVEN VMX would have known Mr Jack Ireland, unfortunately Jack Passed away on Tuesday 1st October 2019 aged 97.

Jack was a lovely old school gentleman that loved to help people and to put back into his local community, Bulahdelah.

For more than 40 years Jack has allowed motorbike clubs to use his land, known as "Crawford River" free of charge.

If donations were made it was to be given to the local church or the local nursing home.

Jack allowed HEAVEN VMX to use his property as their "home track" for a number of years.

Jack and his wife, Mrs Ireland, would quite often come to the track on race day, especially to the Crawford River Classic (CRC) but in typical Jack style he did not want any fuss made over him and he would go unnoticed, but never unnoticed to those that knew him well.

Jack's funeral is being held at Bulahdelah Cemetry on Wednesday 9th October at 12 noon.

Jack will be truly missed as he was a one of a kind true gentleman.
