SWM Seat - in search of

Looking for a seat for a 1980 SWM250, i am told they are the same for a few models in that era.

Ive made new seats from scratch. make a carboard template out of beer cartoons or simular. Next you can find a good fiberglass guy or sheet metal dosent really matter and get a base made. Then from Clarke Rubber buy a sheet of hard foam , normally 40mm think and then layer it up and shape like wood. electric carfing knife works well and sander. then just get it coverd.
Current bikes. KTM MC 250 77 Husky CR 360 77, Husky 82 420 Auto Bitsa XR 200 project. Dont need a pickle just need to ride my motorcickle

There is a guy in the UK who specialises in SWM spares, called Martin Mathews [email protected]  He should be able to supply or point you in the right direction. He has a good name in the trade.
