WANTED- 5x4 pattern knobby, 4.50 or 5.00 x 18.
« on: January 26, 2019, 10:38:29 pm »
Hey Guy's, l'm trying to find out what vintage style motocross tyres are available? Something like a Pirelli Garacross in a 4.50 x 18, or Cheng Shin C755 in a 5.30 x 18.

Anyone got any ideas where l might purchase a new tyre from?

Best rear tyre l ever used, Trelleborg Tenmaster 4.50 x 18, on my '83 Hon CR500. l see overseas that there is a Mitas look-alike, l wonder if it's any good and if it is imported?

The Mitas will be the same as the Trelleborg, from memory they took them over 10 or so years ago

Never seen any 5.00. You are more likely to find a 5.10 which of course are low profile.
Wanted - 1978 TS185 frame or frame&motor. Frame # TS1852-24007 up to TS1852-39022
