Husqvarna CR 500 & XC 500
« on: August 30, 2007, 06:02:04 pm »
We have just completed the restoration of the following

One XC 250 83 model : Its just about new showroom condition ,lots of new parts PVL ignition, fat bars, etc etc

One CR 500 83 model : Its just about new showroom condition, lots of new parts PVL ignition, fat bars, etc etc

Before anyone asks for pictures etc.

We may be selling them , this depends on the interest generated by this post. We are very fortunate and have to many bikes and maybe somebody else should own one or maybe both of these babies.

Anyone genuinely interested ????????? email me and you can come and look. Please no tyre kickers or time wasters

Bikes are in Sydney

We have other bikes that we may be persuaded to sell.

Drop us a message

For the descerning collector only? Offering classic collector lifestyle! First to see will buy ;D Retirement investment, the charm of yesteryear, something really special, get in quick before these go, beautifully maintained, new listing, fun for all the family, classic yet contemporary.

Had to give you a bit of a hand there Ace 61, you could have put a bit more effort in. The no tyre kickers or time wasters did it, when people mention that I have to waste their time. ;D

500 fool  ????

$7,500.00 offer placed on XC 250

$7,000.00 offer placed on CR 500

15 emails received regarding bikes and 13 were time wasters.

First person to email and look at the bikes has placed a firm offer.

We are considering the offer for the 250 , however we have declined the offer for the 500.

Husky61,

Did you let anything go yet ???

No, not a buyer, just an interested owner of a very original 1982 CR430. I'm interested in learning more about the bikes etc etc. Have been to the Husqvarna Museum in Sweden and was blown away. They even have an Australian exhibit. It's a `still in the crate' late Swedish built auto. Appears it was sent to Husky Imports instead of Canada. So it sat for years before being delivered back. If you chaps ever get the chance take the look at the place. They were also very helpful with some history on mine.

Anyway all the best,

Pete
