IT175J FORK OIL MEASUREMENT

Any one got an idea of the std amount of oil used in these forks?

The Clymer manual says 440cc.

Yamaha website says the same (http://www.starmotorcycles.com/star/parts/home.aspx) but I always use this as a starting point then set by height level. With the springs out and forks bottomed I aim for 120mm from the top. Then add a cap full (Approx 10mm) to stiffen up or take away to soften. I dont run air in my forks anymore just adjust oil height.
