Tell me of stuck clutches , seem to be a green issue when left unused for long time. Can I just strip them down and rebuild unstuck or do I need to buy new plates?

Not uncommon in any brand. Get it rolling, ride it & pull the clutch at speed. That usually does the trick  to free them up.

A good trick is to cable tie the lever to the bar, overnight is the go..works well for stuck plates.
