CD4 on MXTV
« on: August 30, 2007, 03:54:38 pm »
Hi everyone - I've received advice from MXTV that the segment they filmed at Classic Dirt 4 (Sunday only unfortunately, when there wasn't much happening out on the track!) will be screened as follows:

The segment will be airing on NBN 15th of September
and Foxtel/Austar 18th, 19th and 20th channel 183.

So tune in one and all and hopefully someone can make me a copy of the segment because I can't get any of those bloody channels!

Thanks

Ken

Hoony - I haven't seen the segment, but I know they did some track footage, a bit of general footage around the pits, and, interviewed Lackey and Super Hunky.

Thanks

Ken

Don't forget all you Novocastrians, the MXTV segment with CD4 footage is on tomorrow on NBN.  I hope SOMEONE watches it and relays some info.

Thanks

Ken

Despite my earlier prediction the segment came up pretty well.ken you almost squeezed out Super Hunky and Brad for air time. The other 'star' was Nathan washing his bikes.
I taped it, if someone can puppy walk me through it I'll up load it to Youtube.

Many thanks Lozza.  Did they have any footage of people riding?  No idea on the Youtube loading though.

Didn't see any footage of people riding, some brief but good shots of old bombs though.  The boys on MXTV called each other mahhaaaate all the time, 246 times from the introduction to the end credits. It could be a good show if they broadened the coverage to maybe dirtbikes and not just MX but I spose it's called MXTV.  ::)

It's unlikely that the details of CD5 will be made public prior to the publication of VMX issue #32 in early December.  We intend to announce the details in issue #32. ;)

FYI, These things just don't happen at the drop of a hat and there are many stakeholders involved in the decisions that relate to venue, timing etc...  This makes it very difficult to pin down a date and place.

So please bear with us! ::)
