Works performance shocks
« on: August 25, 2017, 08:18:19 am »
I have managed to find some works performance shocks(1976) which are currently being rebuilt by RAD suspension (great to deal with) but I want to powder coat the springs blue. Does any one know the correct colour/ shade blue works performance currently use.

How have you found RAD suspension? I'm having trouble finding someone that's able re-build my old Works shocks.
Dealing with Works in California has been a nightmare.

Not sure on the exact blue but here are some that might be close.

Works USA very hard to deal with.

Ordered some from US.     For AW Maico.

Wrong Spring Rate . Even after all correct details were given. Rider Weight etc.

Seals blowout after only few Hours ride time.

Send them to Paul Stacker. Fits Ohlin or Jap Seals.

I can't help with colour, but I have found RAD Shocks does great work. He was recommended to me by a friend and I too have found his work quality, he is easy to deal with and listens to what you want and advices on what is required.

I can only agree with that . As far as the color blue goes , I can see it matching any classic bike . Black or chrome looks period .
VMX shocks , We don't just sell them - I design and produce them individually for you since 1989.
