Hi guys,

Modern Bars don't appear to have as much height as 1980 Rm bars in particular, what bend / type of bars are you using please?
I am tall so in the past on my modern bikes i had used Jimmy Button bend or the Tall Windham's, it looks like the older bars were taller again!

Regards Mark

Mark the Jimmy Button and Tall Windham are the tallest I have found. I thought the same as you but when I sat on a mint 79CR250 with stock bars they weren't as tall as I remembered, the Button are taller. Could be different for the RM but I just put it down to remembering everything was bigger when I was young.
