Sad day , I wish VMX mag would do his story and side of events from 74, 3 x world 250 championships with some super talent in the field at the time.

Current bikes. KTM MC 250 77 Husky CR 360 77, Husky 82 420 Auto Bitsa XR 200 project. Dont need a pickle just need to ride my motorcickle

Well he did ride a CZ before a KTM. Wasn't his fault a KGB plant put a branch thru Falta's spokes.

yes he rode CZ before and after KTM , not by choice of course.

Bullshit , it was nothing to do with him , he rode CZ for at least as long as KTM if not longer. Nothing but respect from the whole community.

Watched him at Hawkstone park in the 70's, would have a Russian gaurd standing in the pits next to his Moskovich van and trailer. Such a cool guy with the red star on his helmet. later the Russians had a 52 seat coach with seats removed to travel in. They would take the handle bars off the bike to get through the rear door. Scrambling in the 70s was the best era of the sport.
