4/77 twin shock Yamaha DT125. Engine & frame no# 578-100603.
* Oil pump disconnected, no idea if it works as I just ran it on premix.
* Odometer says 3898 kms, which might even be true.
* Rear tyre is Cheng Shin knobby with plenty of life left. Front tyre is Yokohama Trail Sport (trials universal pattern) that is probably original!
* Fork seals need replacing, dent in petrol tank, seat cover is ripped, plus other wear and tear you'd expect.
* Missing air filter and cage, I made one up out of filter foam and wire
* Starts and runs but needs plenty of choke and blows white smoke, probable crank case seal issue. No idea of piston, rings, etc condition.
* New set of JBS rear shocks fitted in last 12 months or so.
* Bike has compliance plate and was on club rego for a couple of years (not registered now).
* Spare tail light, oil tank and chain guide.
* Also included is genuine Yamaha Parts List for 1974 DT125 (487-28198-06)
* Gold medal winning bike at Harrow Vinduro!
* Bike is located about 20 mins from Ballarat, can possibly deliver to Ballarat (incl Ballarat Swap Meet) by negotiation.
