With crappy knees and a suspect back it's getting harder to stay motivated for VMX racing. On that note, I am thinking of getting an old rally car.....probably a Dato 1600 or Escort on club rego so I don't have to transport it on a trailer every where I go.
I was given a voucher for an off road rally experience for chrissy and got to do a few laps in a rally prepped WRX and a V8 off road buggy. What a hoot rallying is.
Arrogance.....A way of life for the those that having nothing further to learn.

I agree too, Vinduro is the way to go, its not a race, have fun,  my passion for racing has slowing gone, but I find it hard to break away from Vintage motocross, as I love it so much.

post classic road racing

Why you say that, is it because its easy on the body, road racing is much more expensive, entry fees are high.

Rallycross was also motocross bikes too, 2.5 kms track, bitumen main straight and corner, and dirt, very big meeting in the early 70`s.
