Playing with the YZ
« on: October 23, 2016, 10:38:28 am »
Finally had some time to work on the track in the back paddock and play with the '85 YZ250 I have.

I have a lot of ground with lots of bumps, mounds and slopes to play with. Only just starting to mark it out and link it all together. So far I was one itty bitty double and this steel ramp to a dirt down ramp. The steel ramp is 4" high and the top of the down ramp is about 7" or so high. Top of the steel ramp to the top of the dirt ramp is about 5 metres in this pic. Nice and easy to start with.

So jealous.
Wish I had a back paddock.

Yep, spoiled rotten. This paddock has a bit of everything in it, open spots, ups and downs and some timber as well. Lots of ground to put a few interesting tracks in.

Changed the rear tyre over and headed down to Nepean for some dirttrack last weekend. Had a ball and will be back down on the 27th and again on the 4th (Y)

Been busy over the Christmas break. Ordered some plastics and a seat cover from Prime8 and changed the YZ from red and white to yellow and black. Much happier with how it looks (Y)
