Gloucester TT - NSW
« on: April 13, 2016, 11:17:18 am »
The Gloucester TT entry form and flyer are out.

This is a fun event flat grass track with racing both day and evening under lights.

The 2015 event had 130 entries while 2014 had 122 entries. There is a limit to entry number so get those entries in. Heaven members will be given preference.

This is also Rd1 of the Roy East Series for 2016, riders that enter Pre65 and/or Pre70 machines only get free entry (use the EFT online entry option)

No Pre95 I am afraid. Camping is included in entry fee - hot showers and plenty of catering available

Short answer I cant submit an entry without ticking boxes which then requires full payment?

Use the EFT/cheque entry form not the Paypal version.

Yes, tick the box as full entry and it will show full charge and that is correct as you are entering. Now at the bottom of the entry form there is a comments section in there just type that you have a carry over entry fee amount of $X from last year and therefore you will only pay $10 if entry only or $15 for entry and one event licence, depending what the carry over amount is as well.

The system will ask for a full entry EFT to be done but you should do an EFT for the small amount you now owe and please put your name in the description part of the EFT process so we can track it.
Hope that is reasonably clear ;). It is difficult to have online forms for every possible permutation that could occur.

What's the go for this Friday night?  Which pub might be better in town, please ..?

Also - is this the second event?  (With first event being held two years ago.  Then a washout last year - correct?)
